Privacy policy
This site is no longer accepting service requests. There is no Arlington duct contractor partnered with it. Earlier form submissions remain in a restricted database.

Things this site does not do
It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics package: not Google Analytics, not a privacy-friendly alternative, not anything. No advertising pixel, no remarketing tag, no session replay, no heatmap, no live-chat widget, no hosted fonts, no embedded video. These pages ship no JavaScript whatsoever, so there is no code running in your browser that could track you even if we wanted it to. You do not have to take that on trust: open your browser's network tab and count what loads.
What the old form asked for
The quote form has been removed. Before the pause it accepted:
- Name and phone number. Both were required.
- Email. Optional.
- The service you picked from the dropdown, plus whatever you write in the details box.
Three further items were recorded automatically: the timestamp, your browser's user-agent string, and the country code Cloudflare infers from your IP. The IP address itself is not stored. Nothing on this site asks for payment details, a Social Security number or a date of birth, and no legitimate duct cleaner needs any of those to quote you either.
One further value is derived rather than collected: a score for whether the submission reads as a sales pitch rather than an inquiry, computed from the message wording and that country code. A pitch was flagged; no submission was forwarded to a contractor. No new data was gathered to produce the flag, and nothing was discarded on its say-so — a genuine request flagged in error stays on file and stays recoverable.
Where inquiries went
No local duct and vent contractor was connected to receive inquiries, and no one paid for an introduction. We do not clean ducts. See the about page for the current status before relying on anything here as a service offer.
Earlier details were not sold, syndicated to a lead exchange, or handed to a data broker or aggregator.
Hosting and storage
The site runs on Cloudflare's network, so Cloudflare processes requests as our hosting provider. Earlier submissions were saved to a database on that same network, hosted in North America. No contractor received them.
Records remain until deliberately removed. There is no automatic deletion schedule.
Getting something deleted
Use the separate form below with the name and phone number used on your earlier inquiry. It saves a privacy request for owner review. It does not create a service request or automatically delete data. The privacy request itself stores the fields entered, timestamp, user-agent string and country code.
Children
None of this is directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
If this page changes
The old quote endpoint rejects direct posts before reading or storing personal details. Only the privacy request form below accepts new information.
